Airport Whale Watching Iceland

The Airport whale watching is a pioneer of whale watching in the Southwest Iceland,  located in the tranquil Keflavik harbour and only 5 minutes drive from the international airport in Keflavik.  Although the distance in transfer is approx. 30 minutes from Reykjavik to the port in Keflavik, the distance to the whales or dolphins is shorter than anywhere else in Iceland.   Whales likely to be seen are minke, humpback, killer and fin whales, also the  white beaked dolphins. We follow the coast line and so you can enjoy the rich bird life in the lava cliffs and the whale watching area. Upto 98% sightings average since 1994. This is also an excellent way to end your visit to Iceland; after arrival in the harbour, we can bring you to the international airport in Keflavik for your afternoon or midnight flight.
Hotel pick up from all hotels in Reykjavik with transfer to Keflavik harbour. During the whale watching tour, we take care of your luggage and on return a  5 min. drive to the airport .

Optional on return trip to Reykjavik, a visit to the Blue lagoon,  where you can soak off and relax after the excitement on the sea.  By choosing Moby Dick Dolphin & Whale Spotting, you are supporting research on whales and dolphins.  We cooperate with the Icelandic Marine Research Institute and a research group of marine biologists located in a lighthouse on the coast by the whale watching area.
We keep in mind the comfort of our passengers; onboard you can buy light refreshments and waterproof and warm clothing is provided for free onboard.
